Written for the XXI FIDE Congress taking place in Dublin in June 2004, these three books provide the most wide-ranging and comprehensive international surveys of each topic ever undertaken (i.e. migration and asylum law and policy in the EU, police and judicial co-operation in the EU, and the modernisation of EU competition law enforcement in the EU). Each report was prepared by a national expert in each field.
