Synopsis
Over the last five years, the world of architecture has seen breathtaking changes in the sensibility of emerging talents. Across the globe, young architects are engaging in the complex and multifarious issues that computerization and globalization have meant for building form. The brain-child of eminent critic and curator Frederic Migayrou, who has actively been following the strands of avant-garde architecture, ArchiLab brings together sixty of the most forward-thinking architects from around the world. About the Author
Frederic Migayrou is head of the architecture department at the recently revitalized Centre Pompidou in Paris. For more than a decade, he has been collecting work by up-and-coming architects from around the world, principally for France's central affairs office, amassing one of the most important collections in the world.
