Der helle Tag in ihm ist die Zeit, wo der Geist jene schimmemden Idealbilder emporruft, die das wahre Leben, die Wirklichkeit und Unsterblichkeit des Geistes sind im Gegensatze zu jenen V erzeichnungen und Verschattungen der leiblichen End lichkeit, die dem idealfremden Menschen für die eigentliche Wirk lichkeit gelten, während sie nichts sind, als trilhe‚ nichtsbedeutende Regentropfen, auf denen die Sonne des Geistes das selige Friedens bild malt, das im Zusammenklang aller Lehensfarhen von der Erde zum Himmel und vom Himmel zurück zur Erde schwingt; das Sonnenhilci leuchtet ruhig weiter, die Tropfen stichen hindurch. Dann, nach ewigen Gesetzen der Lebenserhaltung, nimmt die beschwichtigende Nacht jene Bilder und Entzückungen in ihren Schooss zurück zur Ernährung und Lalmng des allgemeinen Lebens, bis sich dasselbe zu neuem Tage, zu neuen Anschauungen des.
