Corn meal two parts Sifted beef scraps five per cent (by bulk) The beef scrap is to furnish animal protein but its place may be taken by infertile eggs which are tested out from under hens or from incubators, about the same proportion being used. These ingredients are mixed in a mash with water, milk or sour milk and baked hard. If sour milk is used, a little soda should be added.
