I have struggle with mental health for most of my life I love my passion for helping others has always been a prioty. at the age of 23 I am seeing what could have helped my family and now I am excited to share my knolowdge. significant trauma has ruled my life and consumed me but I have started to learn a lot about myself writing this book and that if I can do this then I can do. a lot more in my life then being in a psych ward. I want to help others be educated and understand that this diagnosis is more then attention seeking and disruptive. please be curious as you read this book.
