Synopsis
The aim of this book is to provide a computer programmer with a good understanding of the principles behind PHIGS - Programmers Hierarchical Interactive Graphics System. All major features are covered. A few key examples which are extended as the book progresses have been designed to introduce further facilities and expand on facilities already used. 3D features are also introduced, but at a stage when the key concepts of PHIGS have been thoroughly worked through.
