Gordon V. Smith is President of AUS Consultants. A graduate of Harvard University, he has been in the valuation profession for over 35 years and has served a broad spectrum of international clients. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Franklin Pierce Law Center and has lectured across the United States and in China, Korea, Europe, and South America. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of the Intellectual Property Management Institute.
