About the Author
KEITH A. BISHARAT, MS, is a professor and head of the Construction Management Program at California State University in Sacramento. He is also a licensed general contractor with more than 25 years of experience in construction as a sole proprietor, partner, forensic construction consultant, developer, building designer, project manager, superintendent, project engineer, carpenter, and laborer.
