JOHN LESLIE LIVINGSTONE is a CPA and earned his MBA and PhD from Stanford University. His academic positions have included the Arthur Young Distinguished Professorship at Ohio State University, the Fuller E. Callaway Chair at Georgia Institute of Technology, and Chairman of the Department of Accounting at Babson College.
