Synopsis
Essef - Based on the screenplay by Peter Hyams for the film starring Sean Connery. Here on Io - moon of Jupiter - men mine ore to satisfy the needs of Earth. On this living hell in space, the men are hard, loners for whom the Company provides the necessities: beds, food, drink and women. Now, in an apparent epidemic of suicide, or frenzied madness, the men are dying... One man on Outland has a sense of duty so strong it drives him to ferret out evil, greed and murder, regardless of the cost. The man is the new U.S. Marshal O'Niel and if he must, he will forfeit love, livelihood - even life itself.
