Synopsis

Elsevier's Dictionary of Automotive Engineering comprises technical terms relating to vehicles, materials, assemblies and components parts. Terminology of tools used in garages, with their own specific jargon, is also included.

Polish is an unusual language to have in a multilingual dictionary, and its inclusion in welcome. There are 5,515 English entries, followed by the equivalents in the four other languages, and indexes in German, French, Dutch and Polish to the numbered English entries.
