Synopsis
This book is devoted to those equations with transformed argument which can be solved by different applications of the method of algebraic operators, developed by the author from 1960. Since this method is purely algebraic, it can be applied to particular classes of transformations of argument in various types of equations. Thus it is the only factor common to all parts of the book which deals with very different types of equations including functional-differential, integral and singular integral and functional equations, and control theory. An extensive bibliography enables the reader to find relevant information on many topics.
