Andrew Foss is Technical Program Lead on Nuclear Markets, Economics, and Systems Analyses at Idaho National Laboratory. He is currently on detail assignment to the U.S. Department of Energy as Senior Advisor in the Office of Policy. He has contributed to numerous reports and articles on nuclear cost reduction strategies, commercialization pathways, investment cases, and policy planning. He has collaborated with national laboratory and government colleagues, university researchers, private developers, and entrepreneurs. He received a master’s in public policy with concentration in energy and natural resources from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor’s in physics from Amherst College.
