One of the striking features of the MRCP Part II exam is the frequency with which certain diseases crop up in questions, either in data interpretation questions or in 'grey cases'. These diseases are often multi-system in nature, with a variety of abnormalities to be found on routine investigation results. As a result, they are excellent subjects on which to set questions.
