-At first glance this book might be dismissed as just another book of lists to weigh heavily (both financially and literally) on the medical student s pocket. However, such a view does this outstanding publication a double injustice. Many textbooks inflict pain, pain on the medical student reading, the teacher examining and the patient subjected to the fruits of such labours. Medicine for Examinations can alleviate the necessity for such suffering.
