About the Authors Daniel P. Petrozzo leads the Reengineering Services Division of International Data Operations, a Mahwah, New Jersey–based consulting firm. Previously, he was an independent consultant for over ten years specializing in information technology and radical operational improvement programs. John C. Stepper is currently at Morgan Stanley, a global financial services firm headquartered in New York City, where he is applying technology and reengineering methods to redefine their operations. John was formerly with AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he was responsible for reengineering telecommunications processes as well as planning network operations and support systems.
