About the Author

Edgar Rice Burroughs (1875-1950) is the legendary author of dozens of novels, including "Tarzan of the Apes" and "The Land That Time Forgot," available in a Bison Books edition. Paul Cook is a senior lecturer at Arizona State University and has written five novels, including "Fortress of the Sun" and "The Engines of Dawn."
