Hardcover board corners bumped with fabric beginning to fray; top/bottom of spine moderately bumped; moderate bumping and rubbing along bottom edges; damp stain on fabric on back board; lettering on spine rubbing. Spine has a bit of a foreward lean to it. Front-bottom hinge a little bit tender (no damage or ripping or splitting, and overall feels robust), all other hinges tight. Bit of widening in the gutters in first few pages, otherwise, binding sound. Page edges lightly toned. A few pages have small, minor blemish marks (e.g., stray pen line mark).
