Constance J. Leuenberger has more than fifteen years experience teaching kindergarten through sixth grade. She currently teaches kindergarten at Edgartown Elementary School in Edgartown, Massachusetts. Connie is also an educational consultant who regularly presents workshops to teachers across the country. She is the author of The New Kindergarten: Teaching Reading, Writing & More (Scholastic, 2003). Connie lives on Martha's Vineyard with her husband and children.
