Section 7so2a. The board of managers of the bureau of geology and mines are hereby authorized and directed to transfer all instruments, books, charts, cabinet collections and other property of the state of Mis souri now under the control of said board to the state school of mines at Rolla and establish the headquarters of the geological survey at said state school of mines.
