Many peo ple crawl through life but half-developed when the road to salvation in this respect is close at hand - that is, a regular course of scientific exercise every day. Any ordinary person who has not previously done any training, and is practically undeveloped, should be able to double his strength within twelve months by devoting from twenty minutes to half an hour twice daily to exercise.
