J'ai cru devoir exercer un jugement assez sévère dans le choix des arrêts. Quelquefois on veut être complet et on n'est que diffus. Bon nombre de décisions ne servent nullement à élucider les lois de la procédure, d'autres s'appliquent à. Des articles depuis longtemps abrogés. J'ai éliminé cette catégorie d'arrêts, qui ne pouvait servir qu a embarrasser le lecteur malgré cette élimination, je donne encore au delà de décisions.
A plusieurs endroits, j'ai ajouté des notes et des références aux auteurs. Ce travail n'est pas aussi complet que je l'aurais voulu, mais je crois que le lecteur y trouvera plusieurs questions d'un grand intérêt.
