This book pulls together fourteen of Mohan Munasinghe's recent papers on energy economics and policy. Together, the chapters of this book provide a clear and comprehensive overview of the diversity of problems we face in analyzing energy markets and designing sound energy policies. The chapters also provide a good understanding of how careful economic analysis can be used to obtain rational and workable solutions to these problems.
