Synopsis
This text presents a description of the development of the English system of land tenure, estates in land and other basic principles of land law. Although this new edition follows the same format as before, the sections on trusts of sale, co-ownership, leases and covenants and registered land have all been re-written, while much has been revised in the light of the changes wrought by the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989.
