About the Author
Toby Tanser is an elite competitive runner with thirty marathons under his belt. He trains runners specifically for the New York City Marathon and so far 100 percent of his trainees have finished the course. He has served as a commentator on MSN for this event. He has also written for the New York Road Runners Club website and is the author of Train Hard, Win Easy, the Kenyan Way.
