This book reveals that well before the Second World War Himmler had plans to murder those German Jews who would not or could not leave Germany. As early as 1939 Himmler was considering the use of gas chambers and crematoria in special concentration camps. It reveals that in June 1941 Hitler approved a plan devised by Heydrich to remove all Jews from Germany by the end of 1942 and also approved the Final Solution - the killing of the Jews throughout Europe.
