Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. No Jacket. 1st Edition. PUBLISHER: Alfred A. Knopf DATE/EDITION: 1985, stated First American Edition BINDING: Hardbound in gray cloth with gold lettering and decoration on the front cover and spine, 10 1/2" x 14", 234 pages. DUST JACKET: No jacket as issued. Book is in a cloth covered slipcase with large pastedown illustration on one side and gold lettering and decoration on the other. Some sun fade along one front edge otherwise the slipcase is very good. There is a ribbon attached inside the case for pulling out the book. BOOK CONDITION: The book is near fine with just some slight sun toning to the spine. The corners are sharp, the binding is tight and the book is very clean inside and out.
