Hardcover. Condition: Very Good +. Dust Jacket Condition: very good. First edition, as stated. 8 1/2 x 11 in. Approx 150 pp. Gray cloth boards with gilt spine lettering. Brief intro by Karmer, the remainder is B&W photos by Kertesz of distorted nudes. Condition is VERY GOOD+ ; one spot of edge wear by lower spine, covers extremely clean with a hint of sunning to the top and bottom. Binding is tight and text clean and unmarked with a hint of toning to endpapers. DJ is VERY GOOD ; not price-clipped ($22.50) edges have some wear and a bit of mild chipping, with a touch of darkening there (edges only) 5 closed tears, a bit rubbed, spine is not sunned. It is inscribed to him and additionally includes a polaroid photo of Mayans and Andre Kertesz. Polaroid stored in protective sleeve. First edition. Hardcover in jacket. Jacket is tattered with multiple tears repaired with tape. Book itself is very good. Couple small pieces of tape inside front cover from when jacket used to be taped to boards.
