About the Authors
Loren Fishman, MD, is a professor at Columbia Medical School and the medical director of Manhattan Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He lives in New York City.
Ellen Saltonstall is a certified Anusara Yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist who lives in New York City.
