The text is pitched perfectly so as not to be too dense nor too frivolous, whilst key aspects of the text are covered with enthusiasm and genuine insight. As an experienced A-level Literature teacher I taught Tess for the first time this year, and would have found the course a lot harder to deliver without this text. Highly recommended for students and teachers alike.
