Synopsis
Richard Thompson Ford offers a lesson on how to reconcile lofty human rights ambitions with political and cultural realities. About the Author
Richard Thompson Ford is the George E. Osborne Professor of Law at Stanford Law School. He is the author of The Race Card, and has written for The New York Times, The Washington Post, San Francisco Chronicle and Slate.
