About the Author

Tom Wheeler is president of the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association and former president of the National Cable Television Association. He has founded and run telecommunications companies, and has had up-close and personal relationships with virtually all the influential figures in telecommunications for the last twenty years. He lives with his wife in the Washington, D.C., area.
