About the Author
Charles Brenner is one of the best-known and most highly respected psychoanalysts in the world. He is a former president of the American Psychoanalytic Association and of the New York Psychoanalytic Society. He is the author of Psychoanalytic Technique and Psychic Conflict, The Mind in Conflict, and Psychoanalytic Concepts and the Structural Theory (with Dr. J.A. Arlow).
