I wanted to write a non-technical primer for people strugglingwith pain and stiffness, and for anyone wishing to become more attuned to the needs of his or her body. Readers are introduced to basic principles of yoga without having to partake of formal yoga postures, although easy exercises and creative visualizations are suggested throughout.
