Quorum argumentorum unum est quod res Alsatģczo tractari non possunt, siculi (ut exemplo utar) res Britannia: vel Saxonize vel Sicilia:, propterea quod Alsatia re vera nunquam una fuit respu blica, nisi ab illis temporibus quum jam fata ejus cum fatis Gallo francici imperii conjuncta sunt.
