Remove top and seeds from peppers; Parboil 5 minutes then drain. Brown onion and meat in hot fat, then add tomatoes, corn, and seasonings. Stuff peppers and top with buttered crumbs. Bake in a greased baking dish, adding a small amount of water. Cover and bake at 5500 for 1 hour.
