And every person so in the custody of the said Managers, not disqualified by sickness or casu employed in quarrying stone, cultivating the ground, turing such articles as may be needed for house or other public institutions of the State or such other labor as shall upon trial, be found to to the institution, and suitable to its proper discipline the health and capacities of the inmates.
