In our last report attention was called to the number of imbeciles, idiots and feeble-minded persons, both harm less and incurable, that have been committed, and are still being committed to the asylum. They cannot be dis charged and can only remain as permanent inmates until released by death. W e again ask for some kind of relief in this matter.
