Excerpt from Twenty-First Biennial Report of the State Engineer to the Governor of Colorado: For the Year 1921-1922
Notwithstanding the somewhat gloomy aspect of farming during the last two years the future of irrigation looks bright within the state.
Our citizens are planning for future extensions and enlarge ments of many of the present projects and are preparing to launch a number of new enterprises as soon as the times will warrant. People within and without the state are more and more looking upon irrigation as a permanent and growing institution.
