The object of this book is to collect under each section of the Code all decisions of the courts which construe or refer to them. The sections of the Code being mentioned by name in the opinion which explains them, it is thus possible to collect clear and accurate lists of all cases reported, and from them with little labor to prepare a brief.
Brief running references at the top of the pages, facilitate the search for subjects.
The year in which the decision was made is given with the name of the case, a feature which will be readily appreciated.
The decisions of the court of last resort so far as in point, are marked with an asterisk.
