The increased circulation of published literature and the importation of equipment from the has created a need for factual information about Russian electron devices. To satisfy this need, the National Bureau of Standards has prepared the present publi cation in a format that has been reproduced directly from punched cards; This publication is the eighth revision and is an expansion of Technical Note 715 published in June 1972.

The sources of the data are the various publications produced in the and include books published by the various ministries and technical magazines. To ensure that the device values selected for use in this tabulation are the probably correct values, consider able effort has been taken to intercompare data from available publications. Because data for any one device may be derived from a number of intercompared sources, 110 references are given.
