Ms. Clemens has edited and written numerous leading Microsoft (R) Office and Microsoft (R) Windows textbooks and has created instructional videos and online courses for MS Office. Ralph Hooper has more than 30 years of teaching experience in mathematics and computer science at the university level. His professional interests include data science, machine learning, and computational thinking. Steven M. Freund attended the University of Central Florida and serves as a leader instructor of various Microsoft (R) Office, computer concepts, programming, and Internet technology courses throughout Central Florida. An integral author for the successful Shelly Cashman Series since 2001, he has presented at the annual customer conference, the Shelly Cashman Series Institute, as well as other customer events. Professor Frydenberg teaches courses in technology concepts, Python and technology trends.
