This was the novel which Disney based the 1988 box-office hit Who Framed Roger Rabbit on with many changes to the original story. The novel is not for kids. The title says it all: Roger is murdered - censored - and his ex-wife Jessica Rabbit is in the frame. Detective Eddie Valiant must find Roger's killer, questioning many suspects in this unusual world where cartoon and comic strip characters and humans live side by side, but not always in harmony. This edition was published just before the movie was released. The movie starred Bo Hoskins and the voices of Christopher Lloyd, Joanna Cassidy, Kathleen Turner, and Stubby Kaye.
