About the Author
Roger Mason is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Chartered Secretary. He worked for some years in the film and television business and was for 12 years Financial Director and Company Secretary of a leading British greetings card company. He now presents seminars on a range of company law and business topics, writes books and articles and is the joint editor of 'Fanancial Factbook' published by Gee Publishing Ltd. Roger joined Toatsmaster International at the age of 19 and he developed his speaking skills in this organization. He has held many positions in Toastmasters International and these have included responsibility for educational matters in Britain and Ireland. He has won several speaking competitions.
