About the Author

Sean Crossan has lectured in law at further and higher level for over 5 years and works part-time for an employment law practice in Glasgow. He holds an Honours degree in Business Law, an Honours Degree in English Law and an Msc in Social Research.

Alistair Wylie has been a lecturer for over 7 years, holds an honours degree in Business Law and a PGCE and is an experienced examiner.
