About the Author
Gareth Lewis is a senior associate and consultant with the Chartered Management Institute. . He is also qualified and registered with the British Psychological Society. Dr Gene Crozier is head of International Projects at the Chartered Management Institute and developed its MSAT test, based on psychometric principles.
