About the Author
Geoff Webb is a senior lecturer at the University of East London with 30 years research and teaching experience in nutrition and physiology. He obtained his first degree and doctorate from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Nutrition from King's College, London. He has written over thirty journal articles and written two other books.
