About the Author
Joseph Gallivan was born in Birmingham in 1964. He was the pop music critic for the INDEPENDENT for five years and has written for the SUNDAY TELEGRAPH, OBSERVER, EVENING STANDARD and NEW YORK POST. He divides his time between New York and London. He is saving up to be a venture capitalist.
