Synopsis
Ex-used-car salesman Harold Dodge returns to LA to help a friend collect on the life insurance policy for her murdered husband. Their quest for the money is detoured into the Port of Los Angeles and into a sub-culture of car brokers, scrap metal dealers, chop shop operators, car thieves and homicide cops. After a series of clashes in Southern California, the characters pursue one another to a seedy resort town in Baja, Mexico, for an unexpected resolution...
