Synopsis
The compelling drama of one man abandoned in a hostile land, with an impossible mission.It is January 1943 and, in the shabby attic of the SOE headquarters in Baker Street, an unloved department is given the most crucial task of its short existence - to redeem the whole organisation in Churchill's eyes by assassinating Adolf Hitler. About the Author
Murray Davies was born ad brought up in the South Wales valleys, the son of a miner. He is the author of five thrillers, The Drumbeat of Jimmy Sands, The Samson Option, The Devil's Handshake, Collaborator and The Dogs in the Streets. He lives in Greenwich and Wiltshire.
